As a real estate agent, I certainly try to be different. It's hard to stand out in a crowd when all the ads look the same. Same, expressions, same logos, same everything. It's tough to change too much about all of that, because eventually you hide yourself from what people are looking for. So, how do I handle that? I just try to be myself. That's unique in its own right. That's also how I approach each client. Everyone has different needs, desires, wants and expectations. I understand that and while I treat everyone with the same respect and care, I also try to help you discover exactly what it is that you want in a house, or in an agent selling your house. Often times you have a problem that I can provide a solution to.

 

Nearly 90% of those searching for a home, start their search online, so when I market a home, I spend much of my marketing resource online. I Tweet, I Facebook, I do LinkedIn and I spend significant money marketing properties online for my clients. I make sure that your home is on nearly 30 leading real estate websites all over the country. I also advertise in certain magazines and papers as well as do direct mailings.  

 

On a personal note, I love music, reading, watching movies and spending time with my wife of 11 years as well as our 3 small children. I'm a skilled real estate professional. I'm a trained negotiator. I'm an accomplished marketer. I'm a successful salesman. I pay attention to detail.  I work hard. I treat others as I would like to be treated. I earn respect by showing respect. I do not expect you to give me your business, I intend to earn it. One of the things I'm most proud of is, 100% of my past clients have referred one or more new clients to me. This speaks volumes! People are pleased with how I work for them to either secure a house for them and/or get their existing house sold.
